5 Favorite Instant Pot Accessories

I have been pretty straight forward about my love for my instant Pot since my obsession began last August 2016. It is at this point the most commonly used kitchen item (besides the coffee pot and refrigerator.)

We are all for practical gifts in our house, (for my 25th birthday I got a dishwasher). If you are just like us here is a blog post to pass onto that someone special for Christmas, birthday, mother/fathers, anniversary, valentines, or whatever list.

Here are my 5 favorite accessories ( in no special order).

Extra Instant Pot Liner

This was the first accessory I picked up for my instant pot.  Why I like it, if I am using my pot for multiple things in one meal rather than having to wash it between uses I am able to prep one while the other is being pressure cooked in my pot.  Also, in case one is in the dishwasher, I am able to use the other one.

 

Steam Rack

Great to use when you are steaming veggies or just making meatballs.

 

Glass Lid 

One of our favorite uses for the IP is making homemade popcorn. But when the kernels get popping they can fly everywhere, also works great when you are using the saute setting.

 

Instant Pot Silicone Cover

Works great for meal prepping & also meal left overs. DOUBLE WIN 🙂

 

 Silicone Mitts

Makes it easy for maneuvering dishes in and out of the instant pot.
