Lets be honest…. at the beginning of this post, I knew very little about essential oils, and I am still learning about them. A lot of my friends LOVE and firmly believe they are the best thing since sliced bread, so I jumped at the chance to try out an essential oil related product for an honest review.

 

What exactly is an essential oil?

An essential oil is a natural oil typically obtained by distillation and having the characteristic fragrance of the plant or other source from which it is extracted.

 

The Brand:

-This small hand-crafted aromatherapy company is based out of Florida.

-They are different than your average essential oil company because they value results, they want their natural items to work as they are described.

-Less than a handful of people work in their small shop, when I had a question it was promptly answered by Esther each and every time.

– Products are made by hand.

-Made in the US (located just outside Orlando, FL)

– Take great pride in crafting quality products

– Have been featured in both Jane Boutique, Zuilily, and Etsy.

The Product:

I was given a choice of which of the different products I would like to receive & do a review on and I chose the infused oil bracelets. I received variety of the different infused bracelets they offer on their website (peppermint, cedarwood, lavender, and unscented.

Peppermint-  Benefits: Reduces stomach aches, freshens bad breath, relieves headaches, improves focus, boosts energy, helps sore muscles, and some people even find it as a cost-effective natural solution to replace pharmaceutical drugs.

Cedarwood- Benefits: improves focus, promotes hair growth, has anti-inflammatory agents, cures toothaches, strengthens gums, repels bugs, helps acne, reduces cough, stimulates metabolism, regulates menstruation and so much more.

Lavender-  When I was doing my research on the essential oils a lot of sites said that if you are going to try one oil have this be your first one. Benefits: calming, sleep aid, bug bites, minor burns, nausea or motion sickness, and so much more.

 

Unscented- Meaning you can use one of your favorite oils you have or one of the essential oils that they sell on their website for yourself to make their product, work perfect for you.

Final Verdict:

– This product can be used as both a necklace or a bracelet wrapped several times around your wrist. I LOVE when products at great prices have multiple uses 🙂 to me, that means I am getting more for my money.

– I LOVED my bracelets, I wore one of mine for several weeks straight. I think it would be AWESOME if they branched out and also made these bracelets for children (they don’t yet.)

– I wish they had more information on essential oils on their website, what oil would give you what benefit etc.  I can’t speak for everyone, but I tend to spend more money when I know more about a product, and can make an informed decision on one website.
