Every year I hear stories of my friends and family members spending … ALOT of money at the state fair, and it secretly makes my eyes want to bulge out of my head.

Here is my 2016 Guide to help you get the most out of your fair experience.

Regular State Fair Admission:

Adults (13-64) $13

Seniors (65+) $11

Kids (5-12) $11

Children (Under 5 ) Free

5 ways to Save at the Fair

1. Skip parking your vehicle at the fair

Use Park & Ride 

Park free & Ride Free to the Fair using one of the Special State Fair Parking Locations.

• Buses leave every 20 minutes from 8am until midnight.

 

2.  Pick up a Blue Ribbon Book. I promise it is worth it.

(I’m giving some away at the end of this blog post 🙂 ) Each book is jam packed full of savings whether it is deals and coupons on food, rides, attractions,and apparel there is something in there for you…

PLUS if you check out the index at the back of the book it will have the locations of things you may be looking for.. like corndogs 🙂

AND……….. on the back of every coupon, is the location of that attraction, ride, or vendor.. AMAZING.

3. Attend on one of the special discounts day.
