It just started snowing a few minutes ago in SW Minnesota and we are estimated to get a lot of snow… and a lot of wind… so this could end up to be an interesting day stuck in the house…

But since there is another snowstorm… it means the 5 things to do in a snowstorm post is back again!! YAY!!!  Here is a list of 5 fun fun things to do while you are STUCK indoors.

  

 

 

1.Have an indoor scavenger hunt–  Toddler (color scavenger hunt) Preschool (shape scavenger hunt) School Aged (10 indoor scavenger hunts)

2. Have a party- Tea Party, “Mock” Holiday party, Slumber Party,  Dance Party brought on courtesy of old CD’s or a the wide variety of stations on Pandora Radio.

3. Make Homemade Play dough or Peanut Butter Play dough

4. CLEAN! This will most likely be the least favorite of all of the things on the list, and I totally get that… but Im sure the cleanest of homes (NOT MINE) could stand a good cleaning, or going through clothes, toys, books, and misc. items that you don’t necessarily use/need anymore.

5.  BAKE 🙂 Use what you have around the house to make a tasty bake/no bake treat.
